GOOD NEWS - 8 BIKES SEIZED BY YOUR LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAM

Good morning, 

Your local neighbourhood team has listened and appreciate the growing concern within the community for the use of electric bikes, off-road bikes, Sur-Ron's and other similar vehicles within the locality. The use of such vehicles has a direct impact on the anti-social behaviour committed in the area and the risk caused to your safety. 

Following a busy week for your local neighbourhood team and other specialised police units within Bolton, we have now seized 8 bikes from New Bury, these include off-road bikes, Sur-Ron's, and e-bikes. 4 of these bikes were confirmed as stolen and all can be attributed to the ASB being caused across your locality. 

We will not stop at these 8 seizures and will continue to work on seizing more bikes in the local area to keep the community safe. 

Please ensure any reports are made via 101, online reporting or crime stoppers and we will continue to use this data to target repeat locations and seize ALL illegal bikes.
